                        A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
                               AN ACT


  1- 1  To amend an Act entitled "An Act establishing a City Court
  1- 2  in the County of Clarke," formerly known as the State Court
  1- 3  of Clarke County, Georgia, approved September 8, 1879 (Ga.
  1- 4  L. 1878-79, p. 291), as amended, particularly by an Act
  1- 5  approved March 27, 1991 (Ga. L. 1991, p. 3537), so as to
  1- 6  repeal certain provisions relating to an additional judge
  1- 7  for such court; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
  1- 8  purposes.

  1- 9       BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

                         SECTION 1.

  1-10  An Act entitled "An Act establishing a City Court in the
  1-11  County of Clarke," formerly known as the State Court of
  1-12  Clarke County, Georgia, approved September 8, 1879 (Ga. L.
  1-13  1878-79, p. 291), as amended, particularly by an Act
  1-14  approved March 27, 1991 (Ga. L. 1991, p. 3537), is amended
  1-15  by repealing Section 1 of such amendatory Act.

                         SECTION 2.

  1-16  All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are
  1-17  repealed.
