                        A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
                               AN ACT


  1- 1  To repeal an Act creating the Chatham County Recreation
  1- 2  Authority and the Georgia International and Maritime Trade
  1- 3  Center Authority, approved March 29, 1994 (Ga. L. 1994, p.
  1- 4  4329); to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

  1- 5       BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

                         SECTION 1.

  1- 6  An Act creating the Chatham County Recreation Authority and
  1- 7  the Georgia International and Maritime Trade Center
  1- 8  Authority, approved March 29, 1994 (Ga. L. 1994, p. 4329),
  1- 9  is repealed in its entirety.

                         SECTION 2.

  1-10  All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are
  1-11  repealed.
