                        A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
                               AN ACT


  1- 1  To amend Chapter 32 of Title 33 of the Official Code of
  1- 2  Georgia Annotated, relating to property insurance, so as to
  1- 3  provide that a policy of insurance may be made to cover
  1- 4  personal property changing in its specifics; to repeal
  1- 5  conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

  1- 6       BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

                         SECTION 1.

  1- 7  Chapter 32 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia
  1- 8  Annotated, relating to property insurance, is amended by
  1- 9  striking Code Section 33-32-2, which read as follows:

  1-10    "33-32-2. (Index)

  1-11    A policy of insurance may be made to cover personal
  1-12    property changing in its specifics.",

  1-13  and inserting in lieu thereof a new Code Section 33-32-2 to
  1-14  read as follows:

  1-15    "33-32-2. (Index)

  1-16    A policy of insurance may be made to cover personal
  1-17    property changing in its specifics."

                         SECTION 2.

  1-18  All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are
  1-19  repealed.
