                        A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
                               AN ACT


  1- 1  To amend Code Section 15-6-3 of the Official Code of Georgia
  1- 2  Annotated, relating to terms of court, so as to change the
  1- 3  term of court for Dawson County; to repeal conflicting laws;
  1- 4  and for other purposes.

  1- 5       BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF GEORGIA:

                         SECTION 1.

  1- 6  Code Section 15-6-3 of the Official Code of Georgia
  1- 7  Annotated, relating to terms of court, is amended by
  1- 8  striking in its entirety paragraph (26) and inserting in
  1- 9  lieu thereof the following:

  1-10      "(26)  Northeastern Circuit:

  1-11        (A) Dawson County -- First Monday in February March
  1-12        and second Monday in September August.

  1-13        (B) Hall County -- First Monday in May and November
  1-14        and second Monday in January and July."

                         SECTION 2.

  1-15  All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act are
  1-16  repealed.
