A BILL to provide for homestead exemptions from Putnam County ad valorem taxes for county purposes and from Putnam County school district ad valorem taxes for educational purposes in the amount of $10,000.00 of the assessed value of certain homesteads which are leased to certain residents of that county after a phase in period; and for other purposes.
