First Reader Summary

A BILL to amend Code Section 16-3-21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the use of force in the defense of self or others, so as to provide that there shall be a rebuttable presumption that a person who encounters an unauthorized intruder in his or her residence is justified in believing that he or she is imminent danger of death or great bodily harm; and for other purposes.
