A BILL to amend Code Section 7-1-747 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to loans by members of business development corporations, so as to clarify the intention of the General Assembly; to provide that loans to business development corporations by members may bear interest at a rate of interest to be negotiated between said business development corporations and their members; and for other purposes.
