A BILL to amend Article 4 of Chapter 7 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, the "Hospital Authorities Law," so as to change the provisions relating to definitions; to provide for limitations upon service by members of hospital authorities and to provide for removal of such members; to prohibit certain conflicts of interest and the transaction of business by members of hospital authorities and controlled corporations of such authorities; and for other purposes.
