A BILL to amend Chapter 1 of Title 22 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions affecting eminent domain, so as to provide for the payment by the condemnor of reasonable expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred by the condemnee in determining just and adequate compensation; to provide for the payment of expenses in original proceedings brought under Chapter 2 of Title 22 or appeals brought under Chapter 3 of Title 32; and for other purposes.
