A BILL to amend Code Section 12-3-243 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to subdivision, improvement, lease, or sale of Jekyll Island by the Jekyll Island--State Park Authority, so as to restrict certain activities on, over, or within 65 percent of the land area of Jekyll Island which lies above water at mean high tide; and for other purposes.
