A BILL to amend Article 1 of Chapter 6 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to the superior courts, so as to provide for an exception to the pay schedule for a person appointed as secretary to a superior court judge if such secretary has previously been employed as a secretary to a judge in this state; and for other purposes.
