A BILL to amend Article 2 of Chapter 34 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to physicians, so as to provide for the treatment of intractable pain; to provide for a short title; to provide for definitions; to prevent hospitals and health care facilities from forbidding or restricting the use of controlled substances and dangerous drugs in treating intractable pain; and for other purposes.
