A BILL to amend Code Section 20-2-281 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to assessment of effectiveness of educational programs, so as to provide for issuance of a warranty affirming a student's preparation to each student receiving a high school diploma; to provide that when, under certain conditions, a person to whom such a warranty has been issued is identified as deficient in certain skills, such person may enroll free of charge in related classes offered by any technical and adult education school; and for other purposes.
