First Reader Summary

A BILL to amend Article 1 of Chapter 16 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to public property, so as to provide that contracts for the use of a public stadium, auditorium, or arena shall provide that use of a mascot referring to a racial or ethnic group or sale of items relating to such a mascot constitutes breach of the contract; and for other purposes.
