A BILL to amend Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to elementary, secondary, and adult education, so as to provide that certain educators shall not be liable for any civil damages for, or arising out of, any act or omission concerning, relating to, or resulting from the discipline of any student, except for acts or omissions of willful or wanton negligence or misconduct; and for other purposes.
