A BILL to amend Title 47 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to retirement and pensions, so as to provide that the Employees' Retirement System of Georgia shall administer the Superior Court Judges Retirement Fund of Georgia, the Superior Court Judges Retirement System, the District Attorneys Retirement Fund of Georgia, and the District Attorneys' Retirement System; and for other purposes.
