A BILL to amend Code Section 47-2-123 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to allowances payable upon death, disability, or involuntary separation under the Employees' Retirement System of Georgia, so as to provide that no evidence of a disability shall be considered by the medical board which is not submitted within 12 months after the employee terminates employment; and for other purposes.
