First Reader Summary

A BILL to amend Article 1 of Chapter 1 of Title 47 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to retirement and pensions, so as to provide that for purposes of determining retirement and pension allowances under public retirement and pension systems for certain members, any compensation in excess of the limitations established by certain federal law shall be disregarded; and for other purposes.
