First Reader Summary

A BILL to re-create a system of state courts of limited jurisdiction for each city of this state having a population of 300,000 or more according to the United States decennial census of 1990 or any future such census so as to give to such courts jurisdiction to try offenses against the traffic laws of this state and offenses against traffic ordinances committed within the territorial jurisdiction of such cities; and for other purposes.
