A BILL to amend Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to elections, so as to redefine the term "absentee elector" to provide that persons who are unable to be present at the polls on election day because such persons are providing care to a physically disabled person may qualify as absentee electors; and for other purposes.
