A BILL to amend Article 1 of Chapter 7 of Title 44 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to landlord and tenant in general, so as to provide that landlords shall be required to give a prospective tenant written notice of any previous flooding of such property and of the danger of future flooding of such property; and for other purposes.
