A BILL to amend Code Section 47-21-3 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the establishment and administration of an optional retirement plan for certain employees of the University System of Georgia, so as to provide that the board of trustees of such plan shall be authorized to purchase shares in one or more mutual funds; and for other purposes.
