A BILL to amend Article 1 of Chapter 4 of Title 38 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Department of Veterans Service, so as to provide that no person shall be appointed to or employed in the position of a veterans service field office manager unless such person has served in the armed services of the United States during a war or conflict in which the United States was engaged; and for other purposes.
