A BILL to provide for an advisory referendum election to be held in the Bartow County School District for the purpose of determining whether each of the five members of the Bartow County Board of Education should reside in a single-member education district and be elected by the voters residing only in that education district or should reside in a single-member education district and be elected by the voters of the entire Bartow County School District; and for other purposes.
