First Reader Summary

A BILL to amend Chapter 13 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to instructors in driver training and operators of driver training schools, so as to provide that instructors teaching driver training in accredited schools shall be exempt from licensing requirements of this chapter only if academic credit is awarded to students for such driver training course; and for other purposes.
