A BILL to amend Article 2 of Chapter 2 of Title 46 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the jurisdiction, powers, and duties of the Public Service Commission, so as to provide for toll free telephone service between telephones where the central offices serving the telephones are within 21 miles of each other; to amend Code Section 50-5-200 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the use of funds in Universal Service Fund, so as to delete an obsolete reference; and for other purposes.
