A BILL to amend Article 2 of Chapter 9 of Title 42 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the granting of pardons, paroles, and other relief by the State Board of Pardons and Paroles, so as to provide that notice of the board's determination, including certain information related thereto, shall be given to the person seeking a pardon, parole, or other relief and to the correctional official having such person in custody and shall be a public record; and for other purposes.
