A BILL to amend Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to revenue and taxation, so as to provide for a gradual reduction in the income tax rate for individuals over a period of years; to abolish the individual income tax and the income tax on fiduciaries and partnerships, effective for tax years beginning on and after January 1, 2000; and for other purposes.
