A BILL to amend Part 1 of Article 5 of Chapter 12 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to trial juries in general so as to provide a short title; to provide for authority; to provide that an accused or aggrieved party's right to trial by jury, in all instances where the government or any of its agencies is an opposing party, includes the right to inform the jurors of their power to judge the law; and for other purposes.
