A BILL to amend Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to dangerous instrumentalities and practices, so as to provide for a short title; to provide for legislative intent; to provide for definitions; to provide for criminal records checks of applicants for drivers' licenses; to provide for a computerized list of felons; to provide for correction of lists; to provide that firearms shall not be sold to prohibited individuals; and for other purposes.
