A BILL to amend Code Section 40-5-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to maintenance of driver's license records and driver records by the Department of Public Safety, so as to provide that the records of convictions therein shall include only those convictions for which the assessment of points on the driving record is required; and for other purposes.
