A BILL to amend Title 47 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to retirement and pensions, so as to provide that the maximum amount of compensation used in computing employee contributions to and benefits due from any public retirement or pension system shall be that established by the federal Internal Revenue Code; and for other purposes.
