A BILL to amend Chapter 5 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to ethics in government, so as to require political action committees to disclose the name, address, occupation, and employer of each contributor; to change the maximum campaign contribution for corporations and political action committees; to provide for the return of contributions exceeding the maximum; to require disclosure of the name of each public officer for which a lobbyist expends funds; and for other purposes.
