A BILL to amend Code Section 33-23-1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to definitions of terms applicable to licensing of insurance agents, subagents, counselors, and adjusters, so as to provide that the term "adjuster" does not include a salaried employee of an insurer who adjusts claims; and for other purposes.
