A BILL to amend Code Section 40-5-71 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to procedure upon notice of motor vehicle insurance cancellation, so as to provide that failure of an insurer to provide notice of cancellation to the Department of Public Safety shall not invalidate an otherwise valid cancellation; and for other purposes.
