A BILL to amend Article 5 of Chapter 9 of Title 47 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to benefits under the Superior Court Judges Retirement System, so as to provide that the minimum age for retirement shall be reduced from 65 to 60 years of age; to increase the maximum number of years of creditable service which may be used to calculate retirement benefits from 16 to 24 years; to change the minimum number of years' service required to qualify for retirement; and for other purposes.
