A BILL to amend Code Section 15-11-5 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, so as to change the provisions relating to the transfer of cases involving a child 13 to 17 years of age who is alleged to have committed any of certain offenses from the superior court to the juvenile court; and for other purposes.
