A BILL to amend Chapter 1 of Title 10 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to selling and other trade practices, so as to change the provisions relating to ticket scalping and ticket selling; to make it unlawful for any person other than a ticket agent, ticket broker, or ticket seller to sell or offer for sale any ticket to any event; and for other purposes.
