A BILL to amend Code Section 17-6-1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to where offenses are bailable and procedures, so as to provide that no person charged with a felony shall be granted bond without appearing before a judge of the superior court; to provide that the victim of any felony shall be notified of the bond hearing of such offender; and for other purposes.
