A BILL to amend Title 47 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to retirement and pensions, so as to provide that the boards of trustees of certain public retirement systems shall not be subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and restrictions imposed by the laws of this state upon domestic life insurance companies in making and disposing of their investments; and for other purposes.
