A BILL to amend Code Section 33-10-1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to assets to be considered in determining the financial condition of insurers, so as to provide that electronic and mechanical machines constituting a data processing, record keeping, or accounting system shall be allowed to be counted as assets under certain conditions; and for other purposes.
