A BILL to amend an Act making provisions for the judge of the Probate Court of Lamar County, so as to provide that the judge of the Probate Court of Lamar County shall have jurisdiction to try all misdemeanor cases arising in the county where the defendant waives a jury trial and pleads guilty to such misdemeanor; and for other purposes.
