A BILL to amend Article 1 of Chapter 30 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions with regard to group or blanket accident and sickness insurance, so as to provide for statutory construction; to provide requirements for preexisting condition provisions in group policies of accident and sickness insurance; and for other purposes.
