A BILL to amend Code Section 47-2-262 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to membership in the Employees' Retirement System of Georgia by assistant district attorneys and employees of the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council, so as to change the definition of assistant district attorney; to provide that certain current assistant district attorneys and employees of the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council may elect to become members of the Employees' Retirement System of Georgia; and for other purposes.
