A BILL to amend Article 7 of Chapter 3 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to scholarships, loans, and grants, so as to provide that the HOPE scholarship program of grants to qualifying high school students shall be extended to those qualifying students attending accredited private colleges and universities located in the State of Georgia; and for other purposes.
