A BILL to amend Article 1 of Chapter 11 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to juvenile proceedings, so as to provide that children on probation shall maintain a passing average in school as a condition of probation until they have completed their probation or obtained a high school diploma or a general educational development (GED) equivalency diploma; and for other purposes.
