A BILL to amend Code Section 43-14-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to definitions applicable to the regulation of electrical contractors, plumbers, conditioned air contractors, low-voltage contractors, and utility contractors, so as to change the definition of the term "utility contracting"; and for other purposes.
