A BILL to amend Code Section 47-4-100 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to normal, early, and delayed retirement under the Public School Employees Retirement System, so as to provide that a member of such retirement system may retire upon obtaining 30 years of service without regard to age; and for other purposes.
