A BILL to amend Part 2 of Article 1 of Chapter 2 of Title 8 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to state building, plumbing, electrical, and other codes, so as to provide for the arbitration of disputes between builders and purchasers of certain residential property; to provide that contracts for the purchase of certain residential property shall have a "Binding Arbitration and Warranty Disclosure Statement"; and for other purposes.
