A BILL to amend Article 1 of Chapter 1 of Title 47 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to retirement and pensions in general, so as to provide that local retirement systems with assets in excess of $50 million shall be allowed to invest up to 60 percent of their retirement assets in equities; and for other purposes.
